TEDx - Overcoming Fear

“Deep faith eliminates fear”

This is a mantra I’ve lived by my whole life. It’s the anchor of my talk and it’s what gets me through every day.

Little did I know that this topic would be so relevant to our collective experience in 2020 around the globe.

Yelling = Passion

What are you passionate about? What makes you “yell?” For me yelling is about finding what lights you up and unapologetically going for it.

#WhyAmIYelling? started as a blog. That blog started to resonate, so it turned into a book. Now it’s a brand that includes coaching, speaking, a vlog and most of all — a vibrant community.

Where I’ve Spoken

Where haven’t I should be the question!

Hundreds of talks later, I’m fortunate to have worked with (and continue to work with) organizations like these:

Krista’s presentation was one of the best we’ve ever had. Engaging and full of great resources.” - NOAA

I’ve also been featured across the media spectrum in and on publications and channels like: Forbes, Microsoft, iHeart Radio, TEDx, FOX News, TODAY Parents, Thirve Global, and New York Post.

Vlog

You aren’t alone.

When I started coaching, I knew I wanted to help others transform their lives by sharing my own life experience to show that they’re not alone.

What started as a blog has morphed into 100+ videos of me sharing thoughts and hosting interviews on the pressing topics that we face today.

Mostly this is a place for me to highlight my own real life situations and struggles so that my experience can help you.

Giving Back

We’re nothing without each other.

In 2020, over 110,000 children were living in the NYC shelter system. An unacceptable number for the future of our world.

That’s why I’m working through the Global Empowerment Mission to help families in need in my home community of New York City through our #BStrong initiative.
